Native Vote Campaign
National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) reached out to Agency MABU to generate nation-wide excitement around Native Vote ahead of the 2020 presidential election. With multiple objectives and a vast audience of the country’s Tribal Nations, our team needed to carefully consider the most appropriate messages and delivery channels.
- Increase awareness of voting dates and educate on state specific vote-by-mail rules
- Generate awareness and excitement around Native Vote
- Encourage Native Vote registration and recruit coordinators and poll workers
Agency MABU began by identifying target audiences and key messaging for each before developing a digital asset library. Paid digital advertising was used to drive online traffic to the Native Votes website in a cost-effective and measurable way. Efforts were rooted in a strategic, targeted approach that extended messaging through Google Display ads, Facebook boosted posts, and Indian Country Today.
The two-month campaign was successful in driving traffic to the Native Vote website with above industry click-through rates on all platforms.
