What You'll Do
Client Leadership & Strategy
Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned clients, building trusted relationships by providing ongoing guidance, responsive service, and clear communication
Translate client goals into actionable integrated marketing and communications strategies
Guide clients through decisions with clarity, confidence, and insight
Project & Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, PR, content, and events, coordinating timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Manage detailed timelines, scopes, tasks, and labor requirements using Wrike and other project management tools to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget
Maintain alignment with clients and internal teams on scope, deliverables, approvals, and expectations throughout engagements
Coordinate client-facing events including conferences, meetings, trade shows, and experiential activations
Identify and elevate client impact stories that communicate mission, outcomes, and community value
Manage feedback loops between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and accuracy
Coordinate earned media efforts including press releases, media outreach, press conferences, and story pitching
Work closely with the Director of Media to interpret campaign performance across digital, paid, earned, and owned channels, translating results into clear insights, and optimization opportunities
Support research initiatives including executive interviews, focus groups, and online surveys to inform strategy
Support quality control processes including proofreading, review cycles, and accuracy checks across deliverables
Growth, Learning & Organizational Contribution
Participate in client growth conversations and support new business development efforts as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems, workflows, and delivery processes
Stay ahead of marketing trends, platform shifts, and emerging best practices to proactively guide client strategy
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance research, strategy development, content support, and workflow efficiency, while applying sound judgment to ensure high-quality, human-centered client outcomes
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in marketing, agency, nonprofit, government, or mission-driven communications
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Experience managing clients, projects, or campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with integrated marketing across digital, PR, content, and traditional media
